Over 15 years ago, we converted a carriage to a high-performance plastic slide system using OEM cam followers, which has been widely adopted. No machine has needed slide block replacement as long as they are cleaned and re-greased annually. Building on this success, Canlines has further developed the upgrade to eliminate center track cam followers, resulting in minimal carriage side movement and allowing installation without removing the carriage, as the cam followers become redundant.
